Dr. Economou spent her childhood years moving around quite a bit and lived in different states such as Connecticut, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia, and Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000 and moved to Colorado to start her career as a veterinarian.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Economou loves spending time with her husband and daughter on the ski slopes, hiking, and mountain biking. On her own time, she also loves reading, gaming, and walking with her dogs, Chonta and James. She also has a cat named Henry who rules the household from his throne on the couch.

Dr. Economou will be helping with regular shifts at the clinic.
