Gwen Caldwell, Customer Service Representative

We are incredibly lucky to have Gwen on our staff--she is kind and efficient. We call her Gwem, her "folks" are her heroes (can you tell she grew up in Illinois?), and she was born in Marietta, Georgia. At the University of Illinois she earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology and she has several flight certificates including one as flight instructor.

When asked what pets she has she replied "my Rottie mix Piper, my cat Ema, and my partner Mike". Her favorite saying is "What doesn't kill ya will only make you stronger", her favorite word is chicken, and her least favorite word is shizzle. Learning about animals is her favorite part of her job.

The craziest thing she has ever done is walk through "Alligator Alley" at night and go for a night swim in shark infested waters!
